以病房护士为主导的四位一体同步协作式术前访视模式在颅脑外科患者中的应用

摘要

Objective:To discuss the application effect of ward-nurse-oriented four-in-one synchronous collaborative preoperative visit mode on pa-tients with brain surgery. Methods:Selected 110 cases of patients with brain surgery in our hospital in June 2014 - June 2015,divided them into control group and experimental group at random. The control group took conventional preoperative visit;the experimental group accepted ward-nurse-oriented four-in-one synchronous collaborative preoperative visit mode intervention. Compared the differences of all related observation indexes of two groups pa-tients with brain surgery after intervention. Results:The satisfaction of preoperative visit requirement of experimental group patients was higher than that of control group (P<0. 05); the anxiety emotion grade was lower than that of control group (P<0. 05); the blood pressure and heart rate of experimental group patients 5 minutes after entering operating room were more stable and lesser than that of control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The implementation of ward-nurse-oriented four-in-one synchronous collaborative preoperative visit mode intervention on patients with brain surgery could fully satisfy the preoperative visit demand of patients, reduce its negative emotion level and stabilize patients'vital signs.%目的:探讨以病房护士为主导的四位一体同步协作式术前访视模式在颅脑外科患者中的应用效果.方法:选择2014年6月~2015年6月在我院行颅脑外科手术的110例患者作为研究对象,并随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组接受常规术前访视;试验组接受以病房护士为主导的四位一体同步协作式术前访视模式干预.比较两组颅脑外科手术患者干预后各相关观察指标的差异性.结果:试验组患者干预后的术前访视需求满意率高于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑情绪评分则低于对照组(P<0.05),入室5 min时血压、心率较对照组稳定,且均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对颅脑外科手术病例施行以病房护士为主导的四位一体同步协作式术前访视模式干预,可以充分满足患者的术前访视需求,降低其负性情绪水平,稳定患者的生命体征.
