综合护理干预对慢性精神分裂症男性患者社会功能的影响

摘要

Objective:To discuss the influence of the comprehensive nursing intervention on male patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods:The 116 ca-ses of male patients with chronic schizophrenia in our hospital from October 2011 to April 2014 were chosen as the research objects and equally divided into the observation group and control group at random. The control group was given conventional psychiatric drug treatment and nursing,while observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional psychiatric drug treatment and nursing. Nurses used Nurse′s Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation ( NOSIE) and Inpatient of Psychosis Rehabilitation Observation Scale ( IPROS) to assess the patient before the nursing intervention and at the end of 6 months and end of 12 months after the intervention respectively. Results:After 6 and 12 months of nursing intervention,the NOSIE and IPROS assessment scores of the observation group were significantly lower than than that of the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The necessary com-prehensive nursing intervention for male patients with chronic schizophrenia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and promote male patients′recov-ery,which was worthy of clinical popularization.%目的：：探讨综合护理干预对慢性精神分裂症男性患者社会功能的影响。方法：选取我院2011年10月~2014年4月所收治的116例慢性精神分裂症男性患者作为研究对象,按照对照原则采用随机数字表法将116例患者等分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用精神科常规药物治疗及护理,观察组在此基础上进行综合护理干预。分别于护理干预前,干预后6,12个月末采用护士用住院病人观察量表( NOSIE)和住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)进行评定。结果：观察组患者经护理干预6,12个月后NOSIE评分及IPROS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对患有慢性精神分裂症的男性患者进行必要的综合护理干预措施能够有效改善患者的临床症状,促进患者早日康复,值得临床推广。
