职业获益感在护士工作环境与工作满意度的中介效应

         

摘要

Objective:To understand the current status of nurses' perceived professional benefits,work environment and job satisfaction,and to explore the mediating effect of perceived occupational benefit on nurses' work environment and job satisfaction.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 388 nurses in a grade A level Ⅲ hospital by using practice environment scale,nurses' perceived professional benefits scale and nurses' job satisfaction scale from January to February 2017.Data were processed by statistical description,Pearson correlation analysis and linear regression analysis.Results:Nurses' perceived professional benefits,work environment and job satisfaction scores did not reach the medium level;perceived professional benefits and work environment were positively correlated with job satisfaction;the mediating effect analysis showed that the perceived professional benefits partially mediated the work environment and job satisfaction (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Nurses' work environment has a direct impact on job satisfaction,and also indirectly influences job satisfaction through the intermediary role of perceived professional benefits,that is,the better the working environment of nurses,the stronger the perceived professional benefits and the higher job satisfaction.%目的:了解护士职业获益感、工作环境与工作满意度的现状,探讨职业获益感在护士工作环境与工作满意度之间的中介效应.方法:2017年1~2月采用护理工作环境量表、护士职业获益感量表和护士工作满意度量表对某三级甲等医院388名护士进行问卷调查.采用统计描述、Pearson相关分析和线性回归分析处理数据.结果:护士职业获益感、工作环境与工作满意度得分均未达到中等水平;职业获益感、工作环境与工作满意度呈显著正相关;中介效应分析显示,职业获益感在工作环境与工作满意度中起部分中介作用(P<0.05).结论:护士工作环境直接影响工作满意度,还通过职业获益感的部分中介作用对工作满意度有间接影响,即护士的工作环境越好,其职业获益感会越强,工作满意度越高.
