医疗失效模式与效应分析在血液透析患者体重管理中的应用

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of health failure mode and effect analysis (HFMEA) in improving the accuracy of weight measurement and cal-culation of hemodialysis patients.Methods:To select patients from January to February 2016 and to measure and analyze the reasons for weight measurement error by HFMEA, so as to develop improvement measures.Results:HFMEA lowered the error rate of dehydrating amount error increase caused by inaccura-cy of patients weight measurement and calculation , and lowered the rate of intradialytic hypotensive shock;patients and their family increased their cognition of weight measurement and calculation.Conclusion:The application of HFMEA had significant effect on improving weight measurement and calculation ac-curacy of hemodialysis patients.%目的:探讨应用医疗失效模式与效应分析(HFMEA)提高血液透析患者体重测量及计算准确率的效果.方法:选取2016年1~2月应用HFMEA测量、分析导致血液透析患者体重测量计算误差的原因,制定改进措施.结果:应用HFMEA方法管理使血液透析患者因体重测量及计算准确率不高致使脱水量误差增大的错误率下降了;使透析中低血压休克并发症的发生率下降;患者及家属对于测量及计算体重的认知度提高了.结论:应用HFMEA在提高血液透析患者体重测量及计算的准确率中有显著效果.
