医院电脑键盘细菌污染情况调查及预防对策研究

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate bacterial contamination in computer keyboard of hospitals and its preventive measures.Methods:A total of 4 computer keyboards from the infusion areas and 6 computer keyboards from the physician's room in the hospital from March 2016 to February 2017 were selected and were divided into two groups with 5 computers for each group.The control group was cleaned by wet wipes soaked with 500 mg/L chlorine disinfectant, while the experimental group replaced the heat shrink film daily.A sample was taken in the random day of the month and their recording time and the two groups' bacteria colony conditions after use of 2,4,6 and 8 hours were recorded.Results:Compared with the control group, the time of shrink film ex-change in the experimental group was shorter than that of disinfection solution of chlorine in the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The number of colonies in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the 60 times of the microbial detection,staphylococcus aureus was up to 58.33%(35/60),followed by Bacillus subtilis up to 38.33%(23/60), Micrococcus up to 20.00%(12/60), Nitrate Acinetobacter up to 18.33%(11/60)and so on.Conclusion:The hospital computer keyboard pollution is serious and the hospital should pay attention to the harm of keyboard pollution and strengthen the education of health care for personnel as well as clear the importance of hand washing.The hospital should carry out disinfection and isolation system, provide convenient conditions for hand washing and carry out regular cleaning and disinfection for computer keyboards.The application of shrink film to cover and protect the computer keyboard can effectively reduce the keyboard pollution.%目的:探讨医院电脑键盘细菌污染情况调查及预防对策.方法:于2016年3月~2017年2月选择医用电脑键盘输液区4台、医师诊室6台共10台平均分组两组,每组5台,对照组每天用500mg/L含氯消毒液浸泡的湿巾清洁,试验组每天更换热缩膜,每月随机一天取样,记录各自所耗时间,两组使用后2、4、6、8h后键盘的菌落情况.结果:试验组更换热缩耗时较对照组含氯消毒液湿巾消毒耗时短,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组菌落数均比对照组减少,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).60次微生物检测中,金黄色葡萄球菌最多,为58.33%(35/60),其次为枯草杆菌38.33%(23/60)、微球菌20.00%(12/60)、硝酸盐不动杆菌18.33%(11/60)等.结论:医院各科室电脑键盘污染较为严重,医院应重视键盘污染的危害,加强对医护人员的宣教,明确洗手重要性,落实消毒隔离制度,为洗手提供便利条件,定期对电脑键盘实施清洁消毒,应用热缩膜覆盖保护电脑键盘能有效降低键盘污染.
