康复护理干预在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病中的应用研究

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods: A total of 96 children with neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy admitted in our hospital from July 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with routine nursing.The observation group was treated with rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The rehabilitation effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results: The observation group was superior to the control group in the rehabilitation effect, complication rate and nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the prognosis of neonatal patients with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction of children's family towards care methods.%目的:探讨康复护理干预在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病中的应用效果.方法:选择我院2015年7月～2017年3月收治入院的新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患儿共96例,随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组使用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施康复护理,并对两组患者的康复效果与护理满意度进行分析.结果:观察组在康复效果、并发症发生率、护理满意度方面均优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义.结论:康复护理干预能够提高新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患者的预后效果,降低并发症发生率并提高患儿家属对患儿护理方法的满意度.
