目的:探讨品管圈对降低非人工气道患者声门下吸痰插管失败率的作用.方法:成立品管圈活动小组,选定主题,制定目标与计划,分析原因后提出针对性措施,包括相关知识和操作培训,制定声门下吸痰操作指引,完善健康教育等,观察比较实施品管圈活动前后声门下吸痰失败率.结果:实施品管圈活动后,声门下吸痰失败率由活动前的42.86%降低至活动后的16.83%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:开展品管圈活动可降低非人工气道患者声门下吸痰插管失败率,有利于提高圈员的综合能力.%Objective:To discuss the effect of quality control circle (QCC) in reducing the failure rate of incubation of subglottic sputum suction for non-artificial airway patients.Methods:A QCC activity team was established, topic was selected, objective and plan were established and countermeasures were proposed after analyzing the reasons, including relevant knowledge and operation training, subglottic sputum suction operation guideline was established, health education was perfected, and the failure rate of subglottic sputum suction before and after implementation of QCC activities was observed and compared.Results:After implementing the QCC activities, the failure rate of subglottic sputum suction reduced from 42.86% before the activities to 16.83% after the activities, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out QCC activities could reduce the failure rate of incubation of subglottic sputum suction for non-artificial airway patients and could improve the comprehensive ability of persons within the QCC.
