某市慢性病患者社区卫生服务利用情况与需求调查

摘要

Objective:To understand the demand and utilization of health service of patients with chronic diseases in a city, so as to provide reference basis for the management and decision making of community health management.Methods: The method of cluster sampling was adopted, population in a community in our city was selected as the research group, and 200 patients with chronic diseases were included in total, and the self-made questionnaire was employed to investigate the actual utilization of health service of patients with chronic diseases and the patients' demands.Results: In the 200 patients with chronic diseases, 124 patients (62.00%) once sought for medical care and rehabilitation services in the community health service institution, and the main reasons to select the health service institutions included convenience of being near home (91.94%), low price (14.48%) and good attitude (11.29%);76 patients (38.00%) did not seek for medical care and rehabilitation in the community health service institution, and the reasons not to select health service institutions mainly included doubt to the physicians' technique (53.95%), unfamiliarity with the community health service (39.47%),poor service environment(15.79%).The essential demand of patients with chronic diseases for the community health service was regular physical examination (67.50%),and the patients hoped that the community health service institutions could provide health education in drug use guidance (53.50%)most, and hoped that the medical staff(45%) could provide health education.Conclusion: The utilization rate of community service institutions was to be improved, and meanwhile, the focus should be put on the patients' demands, so as to provide diversified and all-round medical care services.%目的:了解我市慢性病患者卫生服务需求与利用情况,为社区卫生工作的管理与决策提供参考依据.方法:采取整群抽样的方法,选取我市某个社区人群作为研究对象,共纳入慢性病患者200例,采用自编的问卷调查慢性病患者卫生服务实际利用情况以及患者的需求.结果:200例慢性病患者中,124(62.00%)例曾经去过社区卫生服务机构寻求医疗保健和康复等服务,选择卫生服务机构的主要理由是离家近方便(91.94%)、价格便宜(14.48%)、服务态度好(11.29%);76(38.00%)例没有去过社区卫生服务机构需求医疗保健和康复,未选择卫生服务机构的主要原因为对医师的技术有怀疑(53.95%)、不了解社区卫生服务(39.47%)、服务环境差(15.79%).慢性病患者社区卫生服务最主要需求是定期体检(67.50%),最希望社区卫生服务机构提供用药指导(53.50%)方面的健康教育,并且希望由医护人员(45%)提供健康教育.结论:社区服务机构利用率还有待提高,同时应以患者需求为导向,提供多样化、全方位的医疗保健服务.
