三甲儿童医院分院门诊护理管理新模式的探讨

             

摘要

Objective:To discuss a new model of outpatient nursing management, so as to achieve the purpose of adapting the reform of public hospitals, improving medical service quality, optimizing the patients' medical seeking process, improving the patients' medical seeking experience and increasing the patients' satisfaction.Methods:Since the opening in 2014, our hospital has been devoted to the reform of outpatient nursing management, explored the application of nursing information management, doctor-nurse integrated outpatient construction and cultivation of nurses' professional quality, and has formed a new model of outpatient nursing management.Results:Since the implementation of new model in outpatient nursing management in our hospital, the information system has been improved and perfected continuously, the consultation rate outpatient appointment has increased continuously, the daily outpatient volume has been rising stably, medical resources have been reasonably optimized continuously, the nurses' professional quality has been increased continuously and the nurses' medical seeking experience has been improved continuously.Conclusion:The new model of outpatient nursing management of our hospital could further promote the improvement of medical service action program and improve the patients' medical seeking experience.%目的:探讨一种门诊护理管理的新模式,以达到适应公立医院改革、提高医疗服务质量、优化患者就医流程、改善患者就医体验、提高患者满意度的目的.方法:我院自2014年开院以来,一直致力于门诊护理管理的改革,探索运用护理信息系统管理、医护一体化门诊建设、护士职业素养培养,形成了门诊护理管理的新模式.结果:我院门诊护理管理实施新模式以来,信息系统不断得到改进完善,门诊预约就诊率不断提高,日门诊量安全稳定攀升,医疗资源不断合理优化,护士职业素养不断提升,患者就医体验不断改善.结论:我院门诊护理管理新模式有助于进一步改善医疗服务行动计划的推进、改善患者就医体验.
