目的:探讨医护助一体化服务模式在无陪护病房护理管理中的应用.方法:将2016年1—9月我院无陪护病房收治的125例患者作为对照组,2016年10月—2017年5月我院无陪护病房收治的130例患者作为观察组,实施医护助一体化服务模式,对比两组患者自我管理能力、护理满意度、病房护理质量.结果:观察组患者疾病认知、注意事项、用药禁忌、饮食/运动等方面的能力评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者服务态度、住院期间舒适度、护理安全管理方面满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者基础护理、危重护理、护理文书、消毒隔离、急救药品管理方面评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:医护助一体化服务模式应用于无陪护病房护理管理中,有利于提高患者自护能力与相关指标的护理满意度,并能够在一定程度上提升护理质量.%Objective:To explore the application of doctors, nurses and assistant nurses integration services in unattended ward nursing management. Meth-ods:To select 125 patients cured in unattended ward in our hospital from January to September 2016 as control group, 130 patients cured in unattended ward in our hospital from October 2016 to May 2017 as observation group, carried out doctors, nurses and assistant nurses integration services, compared self-management ability, nursing satisfaction, and nursing quality in ward of two groups. Results:Scores on diseases cognizing, attentions, taboo in using medicine, food/exercise of observation group where higher than that of control group(P<0. 05);service attitude, comfort in hospital, satisfaction on nurs-ing security management of observation group were higher than that of control group(P<0. 05); scores on basic nursing, serious nursing, nursing docu-ments, disinfection and isolation, management in first-aid medicine of observation group were higher than that of control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The application of doctors, nurses and assistant nurses integration services in unattended ward with nursing management can improve patient's self-nursing ability and nursing satisfaction, as well as can strengthen nursing quality to some extent.
