危险评分指导护理模式在急性冠脉综合征患者中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨危险评分指导护理模式在急性冠脉综合征患者中的应用效果.方法:选择2014年6月～2016年1月我院心脏内科收治的急性冠脉综合征患者166例,将患者随机等分为观察组和对照组.对照组患者给予常规的护理措施,观察组患者给予危险评分指导护理模式,比较两组患者的不良心血管事件发生情况、护理满意度.结果:观察组患者的不良心血管事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:采用危险评分指导护理模式能够有效的控制急性冠脉综合征患者不良心血管事件发生率,提高患者满意度,改善临床护理工作质量,是临床护理实践中的理想方式之一.%Objective:To explore the application effect of risk score guiding nursing mode in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods:To select 166 patients with acute coronary syndromes admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to January 2016, and randomly divided the patients into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures, and the patients in the observation group were given the risk score guiding nursing mode, and the adverse cardiovascular events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of ad-verse cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0. 05);nursing satisfaction of patients was higher than that of control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The risk score guiding nursing mode can effectively control the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in patients with acute coronary syndrome, improve patient satisfaction, improve the quality of clinical nursing work, was one of the ideal way of clinical nursing prac-tice.
