腺样体增生肥大对患儿听力的影响

             

摘要

目的:探讨腺样体增生肥大对患儿听力的影响程度.方法:选取2016年1月~2017年1月我科200例言语正常的腺样体肥大患儿作为观察组,另选同期非腺样体肥大患儿200例作为对照组,比较两组患儿术前耳内镜和声导抗异常耳的纯音听力测试或多频稳态结果.结果:根据WHO的听力分级标准,500,1000,2000,4000 Hz 4个频率气导阈值的均值小于等于25 dBHl为正常听力,26~40 dBHl为轻度听力损失,41~60 dBHl为中度听力损失,61~80 dBHl为重度听力损失,大于81为极重度听力损失.两组患儿听力损失程度比较,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论:腺样体肥大易导致分泌性中耳炎,引起不同程度的听力损失,临床应引起高度重视.%Objective:To explore the effect of adenoid hypertrophy on children's hearing. Methods:To select 200 cases of children with normal speaking but with adenoid hypertrophy in our department as observation group from January 2016 to January 2017, select another 200 cases of children with nonadenoid hypertrophy were as control group in the same period, compared pure tone hearing test or multiple frequency steady results tested by otoscope and acoustic immittance ear of two groups. Results:According to the WHO classification standard of hearing, the average value of 4 Hz (500, 1000, 2000, 4000 Hz) air conduction threshold less than or equal to 25 dBHl for normal hearing, 26-40 dBHl for mild hearing loss, 41-60 dBHl for moderate hearing loss, and 61-80 dBHl for severe hearing loss, greater than 81 was extremely severe hearing loss. The hearing loss of the two groups was compared, the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant,P<0. 05. Conclusion:Adenoid hypertrophy can lead to secretory o-titis media, which causes different hearing loss, should be arouse more attention in clinic.
