预见性护理在糖尿病肾病伴肺部感染患者中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨预见性护理在控制糖尿病肾病伴肺部感染患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2015年9月～2017年9月来本院就诊的72例糖尿病肾病伴肺部感染患者为研究对象,将患者随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上给予预见性护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度、疼痛程度、恢复程度.结果:干预1个月后,试验组治疗效果、护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对糖尿病肾病伴肺部感染患者实施预见性护理,能降低患者的痛苦程度,提高患者的生活质量.%Objective:To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in controlling patients with diabetic nephropathy accompanying pulmonary infec-tion. Methods:To Select 72 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy with pulmonary infection cured in our hospital as object of study from September 2015 to September 2017, randomly and equally divided them into the control group and the experimental group, the control groups were given routine nurs-ing, while the experimental group were given predictive nursing on the basis of routine nursing, to compare the satisfaction of nursing, the degree of pain, degree of recovery of the two groups. Results:To compare the therapeutic? effect and nursing satisfaction of the two group after nursing intervention about 1 mounth, the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0. 05). In terms of pain,the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The application of predictive nursing in patients with diabetic nephropathy accompanying pulmonary infection can reduce the pain degree and improve the quality of life of patients.
