目的:探讨常规血液透析患者中,扣眼穿刺法与绳梯穿刺法应用效果的差异.方法:计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据库、Pubmed数据库,对符合纳入标准的随机对照试验进行方法学质量评价,采用RevMan 5.2软件进行meta分析.结果:共纳入12个研究609例患者,结果显示,在常规血液透析患者中,使用扣眼穿刺法在一次穿刺成功率、减轻疼痛方面的效果明显优于绳梯穿刺法,且渗血、血管瘤、血管狭窄、感染的发生率方面明显降低,优于绳梯穿刺组.结论:扣眼穿刺法的应用,与传统的绳梯穿刺法相比,具有成功率高、痛苦小的优点,且能减少渗血、血管狭窄、感染等并发症,可广泛推广应用于常规透析患者.%Objective:To discuss the difference of application effect between buttonhole puncture technique and rope ladder puncture technique on patients of conventional hematodialysis patients. Methods: To search CNKI, CBM, VIP, Wanfang database, Pubmed database in computer, carry out the random-ized controlled trial which conform the inclusion criteria by means of evaluation of methodology quality, conduct meta - analysis by software RevMan 5. 2. Results: It was shown that 12 researches had been carried out to 609 cases of patients in view of the effect of buttonhole puncture technique in the aspect of successful rates of puncturing in the first time, and pain alleviating were obviously better than that of rope ladder puncture technique, and the rates of occur-ring errhysis, angioma, hemadostenosis and infection were reduced and superior to the group who had been treated by means of rope ladder puncture tech-nique on patients with conventional hemodialysis. Conclusion: Compare to the traditional rope ladder technique, the application of buttonhole technique had the advantages of high successful rate and less pain to the patients, and reduced the complication of errhysis, hemadostenosis, and infection etc. It was fea-sible to popularize the application of buttonhole puncture technique on patients with conventional hemodialysis.
