社会支持程度对结肠癌造口患者自我感受负担与应对的调查研究

摘要

Objective:To observe the effect of social support degree on self-perceived burden scale and coping style of colon cancer stoma patients .Meth-ods: A total of 98 colon cancer stoma patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were selected.Self-perceived burden scale(SPBS) and social support rating scale (SSRS)and scale of quality of life for cancer patients (EORTC-QOL-C30)were adopted for questionnaire survey, to ana-lyze the correlation between degree of social support and self -perceived burden of patients.Results:The average score of self-perceived burden of colon cancer stoma patients was (22.0 ±4.0), which is at a mild level, and negatively correlated with the social support score and the quality of life of patients (P<0.05).Conclusion: The degree of social support has different effects on the self -perceived burden and quality of life of colon cancer patients.We should make full use of social support to encourage colon cancer stoma patients , so as to reduce their self-perceived burden and improve their quality of life.%目的:调查社会支持程度对结肠癌造口患者的自我感受负担及应对的影响.方法:选取2015年1月~2017年6月我院诊治的结肠癌造口患者98例,应用自我感受负担量表(SPBS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)及癌症患者生活质量量表(EORTC-QOL-C30)进行问卷调查,分析社会支持程度与患者自我感受负担的相关性.结果:结肠癌造口患者的自我感受负担的平均分为(22.0±4.0)分,处于轻度水平,与社会支持程度评分及患者的生活质量呈负性相关(P<0.05).结论:社会支持程度对结肠癌患者的自我感受负担及生活质量存在不同程度的影响,应充分利用社会支持鼓励结肠癌造口患者,以减少其自我感受负担,提高患者的生活质量.
