ICU急性肾功能衰竭患者的家属疾病不确定感与焦虑状态及应对方式的相关性研究

摘要

目的:探讨ICU急性肾功能衰竭患者家属疾病不确定感和焦虑现状,研究其与应对方式的相关性.方法:选取我院2013年3月~2016年9月278例ICU急性肾功能衰竭患者的家属作为研究对象,采用调查问卷的方式分别填写疾病不确定感量表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、简易应对方式问卷,对患者家属进行测评.结果:患者家属的疾病不确定感总分为(82.48±12.81)分,大于总分50%,处于疾病不确定感较高水平;SAS量表平均得分为(48.43±6.82)分,69.60%的患者家属出现焦虑状态;患者家属积极对应条目均分低于全国常模(P<0.05),消极对应条目得分高于全国常模(P<0.05),应对方式偏消极;患者家属的焦虑以及消极应对方式与疾病不确定感呈正相关,积极应对与疾病不确定感呈负相关.结论:ICU急性肾功能衰竭患者家属具有明显的疾病不确定感和焦虑心理,二者均与应对方式具有相关性.%Objective:To explore the correlation research of uncertainty and anxiety in illness for family members of acute renal failure ( ARF) patients in ICU with their coping methods.Methods:To select 278 cases of family members of ARF patients in ICU as research objectives from March 2013 to Septem-ber 2016, and respectively fill in uncertainty in illness scale, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and simple coping methods in questionnaire and then evalu-ate.Results:Total score of uncertainty in illness of patient's family members was (82.48 ±12.81), which was higher than half of total scores, and the un-certainty in illness was in a upper level.Average score of SAS was (48.43 ±6.82), and 69.60% family members were in anxiety state.Average score of family members taking positive measures towards illness was lower than national norms(P<0.05), and score of family members holding negative attitude towards illness was higher than national norms(P<0.05) and their coping methods with a bias to passive.Family members'anxiety and negative coping methods were positively correlated with uncertainty in illness , and positive coping method was negatively correlated with uncertainty in illness .Conclusion:Family members of ARF patients in ICU have an obvious uncertainty in illness and become anxious , further the uncertainty in illness as well as anxiety are both correlated with their coping methods.
