野战医疗队数字化呼叫系统的开发与应用

摘要

目的：探索野外工作环境下护理呼叫的途径，扩展护理无线服务范围。方法针对野外流动性质的工作环境，设计野战医疗队数字化呼叫系统，主要硬件包括管理端、手表式接收器、手持式分机、移动式护理工作站及无线收发器，呼叫模式包括内部单呼、内部组呼、内部群呼等。结果(1)避免了呼叫应答失败，畅通了患者、医生及护士间的沟通渠道；(2)简化了信息反馈步骤，拓展了信息共享的范围，便于管理者统筹安排工作。结论野战医疗队护理呼叫数字化系统的应用避免了布线和安装，可以迅速展开工作；通过电脑呼叫信息统计、伤病员无线呼叫、护理工作人员手表式终端震动提醒，可扩展呼叫范围，达到医护便捷交流，最终达到呼叫信息一体化和智能化。%Objective To explore the methods of fieldwork environment nursing call digital system,and extending wireless service scope.Methods Based on the special working environment,to design the digital call system for field medical team.The main hardware including management side,receiver watch,hand-handling extension,mobile nursing work station and wireless transceiver.The call mode including internal single call,internal group call.Results (1 )Avoiding call failure,and keeping communication lines open among patient,doctors and nurses.(2)Simplifying the information feedback steps,extending the informa-tion share range,and lessening for manager to arrange the work.Conclusion The field medical nursing call digital system can be quickly works because it avoids wiring and installation;and through the computer call information statistics,patients wireless call,vibrate reminder to extend the call range,thus to enhance the communication between doctors and nurses,and finally achieve the information integration and automation.
