正电子发射型计算机断层扫描仪/计算机体层扫描检查联合CT定位行强化放疗患者的护理

摘要

Objective To discuss the nursing of patients with PET-CT examination combined CT positioning rein-force line radiation.Methods Clinical data of 5 2 cases with PET-CT examination combined CT positioning were analyzed retrospectively,and analysis its nursing measures.Results The result was false read because of the body shake during examination in two patients and 1 patient has drug leakage.The other 49 patients successfully finished the treatment.Conclusion The reasonable nursing procedure is the gauraantee of the successful finish the PET-CT examination combined CT positioning reinforce line radiation,which is worth for clinical trail.%目的：探讨正电子发射型计算机断层扫描仪/计算机体层扫描(positron emission tomography/computed tomography, PET/CT)检查联合CT定位行强化放疗患者的护理方法。方法回顾性分析了2013年7月至2014年5月在济南军区总医院核医学科实施PET-CT检查联合CT定位强化的52例患者的临床资料,总结其护理方法。结果52例患者中2例患者因检查过程中身体抖动,影响结果判读；1例患者在高压推注碘佛醇注射液时药液渗漏,其余49例患者顺利完成PET-CT联合CT定位强化放疗。结论合理的护理流程是患者顺利进行PET-CT联合CT定位强化放疗的保障,值得推广。
