Sol-gel方法制备ZnO陶瓷材料的正电子寿命谱研究

An investigation of positron lifetime spectrum for ZnO varistor ceramics fabricated by Sol-gel route was carried out. The relationship between lifetime parameters and the densitification and nonlinear coefficient α was given. The dependence of electrical properties on sintering temperature and duration was discussed.%利用正电子寿命谱(PAS)对Sol-gel法制备的ZnO压敏陶瓷材料进行了研究，分析了寿命参数与材料致密度和非线性系数α之间的关系，讨论了不同的烧结温度及时间对ZnO压敏特性的影响。
