亲肿瘤显像剂5-18F-Fluorouracil(18F-FU)的标记合成研究

     

摘要

用18F/F2与Uracil的直接标记法合成了5-18F-Fluorouracil,探索18F-FU-PET显像对结肠直肠癌肝转移病人化疗前后疗效评价的意义。产品的放射化学纯>95%,放射性得率为60%,pH值为7,无菌性试验和热源试验均为阴性,这一结果为临床应用提供了保证。%5-18F-Fluorouracil were successfully labeled and synthesized using direct labeling method by 18F/F2 and Uracil. It was used for evaluating 18F-FU-PET imaging for the colorectal carcinoma patients with liver metastases before and after chemotherapy. The radiochemical purity was above 95%, the radiochemical yield was about 60%, pH value was about 7 and both sterility and apyrogenicity test showed negative result. All these results guarantee its potential clinical usage.
