某三代核电站电气厂房冷冻水系统功能与布置设计

         

摘要

To ensure the normal operation of the main control room,DCS in electrical control cabinet,emergency boron injection system,the medium-pressure and low-pressure safety injection pump,and to ensure the residence of main control room,the equipments and pipes of the electric building chilled water system should be reasonable layout. The paper described the developing process of the chilled water System,and the system function was analyzed in the paper. Through the analysis of the function,safety,operation and economic,etc,the paper completed the layout of the equipments and pipes. It provided a reliable guarantee to the safe operation of the advanced nuclear power plant.%为确保核电厂的主控室、电气厂房控制柜间内的DCS设备、应急硼注入系统及中、低压安注泵的正常运行以及主控室操作人员的可居留性,需合理布置电气厂房冷冻水的管道和设备.本文介绍了电气厂房冷冻水系统的设计研发过程,详细分析了其系统功能.通过对设备和管道布置的功能性、可靠性、可操作性和经济性等布置原则的分析,完成了系统设备和管道的布置,为核电站的安全运行提供可靠的保障.
