摘要

本文对AP1000钢制安全壳结构完整性试验方法与流程进行介绍,总结了试验的难点与重点,通过对试验数据结果进行分析,说明根据本文中的安全壳结构整体性试验方法能够模拟设计基准事故工况下的安全壳状态,此方法具备分析安全壳在极限状态的强度数据的能力.%This paper introduces the method and flowchart for structural integrity test (SIT) of AP1000 containment vessel, summarizes the difficulties and focal points of SIT test. By analyzing the test results, the containment structure integrity test method in this paper can simulate the containment status under the design benchmark condition, this method has the ability to analyze the strength data of the safety shell.
