在EDXRF分析中,X射线荧光计数率与待测元素有密切关系.由理论可知,在能量色散型X荧光分析仪设计时,优化X光管、样品和探测器的相对几何位置对荧光计数率的改善有很大的帮助.在前期模拟的最佳角度基础上,采用MCNP程序,建立几何模型,模拟了X光管、样品和探测器之间不同距离时的X荧光计数率,得到了这三者之间的最佳距离.%X - ray fluorescence count rate have closed relationship with analyze when EDXRF analysis . Pre - simulation based on the best angle, we use of MCNP program to obtain the X fluorescence count rate from building the geometry model to simulate among the X - ray tube, sample and detector at different distances . We get the best distance between the three.
