用于γ全谱基线扣除的改进SNIP算法研究

         

摘要

快速有效的全谱基线扣除是γ能谱分析的重要前提.论文在研究基线形成本质与基线扣除算法关键要求的基础上,针对现有SNIP算法存在的不足提出修改,发展出一套新的改进SNIP方法.方法借助能谱FWHM刻度对SNIP滤波窗宽度进行自适应调整,解决固定窗宽在不同能量区间应用产生的矛盾;通过扩展计数的动态范围实现康普顿边缘等基线快速变化区域的准确估计.方法在实际能谱分析的应用中获得了较为理想的处理结果,相对现有的多种SNIP算法,其准确性与高效性都具有一定优势.%Efficient baseline elimination method plays an important role in γ-ray spectra analysis. A novel approach based on SNIP algorithm was developed, in order to improve the performances of existing methods. The width of filter was designed to be adaptive to FWHM of the peaks, and accurate baseline estimations in special peak - free regions, such as Compton edges, were achieved by extending the dynamic range of data. The improved SNIP algorithm was tested using practical spectrum, and the result was proved to be reliable and efficient comparing to the original methods.
