LaBr3:Ce闪烁探测器自发本底谱研究

摘要

为LaBr3:Ce探测器的工艺改进和实际应用提供参考,对LaBr3:Ce闪烁探测器自发本底谱的特性与机理进行了分析研究.利用HPGe探测器测量LaBr3:Ce探测器在不同摆放方式下的γ能谱,确定40K在LaBr3:Ce探测器中的分布及其对自发本底谱的影响.%In order to afford reference to the manufacture process improvement and application of LaBr3 :Ce detector, the characterization and the mechanism of the self - activity background spectrum from LaBr3 :Ce detector has been measured and studied. By analyzing the spectra of LaBr3: Ce in different placement models measured by a HPGe detector the distribution of 40K in the detector and its influence have been identified.
