基于高速开通槽电主轴的脉冲辐射场建立新方法

             

摘要

In order to obtain the high -reliability pulsed radiation field with pulse width less than 80μs and du-ty ratio below 1:5, the idea of slotting on the high -speed motorized spindle rotor surface is proposed .Accord-ing to the requirement of pulse conversion , the basic calculation of relative parameters is carried out .For how to choose magnitude of interference between rotor and parts on spindle machining slots on rotor , the stress value is obtained under different slot structures and dimensions and different interference value by Finite Element Meth -od.In order to ensure the operational safety of the slotted spindle , a monitoring system is developed .The proto-type machine of pulse conversion device is developed and on it the vibration test and ray incision experiment are completed .The results show that when 3 rectangular slots with 4mm slot width and 4mm slot depth are designed and 25 μm interference value is used the spindle has the stress level close to that before slotting , and vibration of spindle rotor is less than 40μm at 36 000 r/min, pulse width at over speed is less than 80μs and duty ratio at all speeds is less than 1:5.The developed device provides a new approach to build the pulsed radiation field.%为了获得80μs以下脉宽和1:5以下透阻比的高可靠性脉冲辐射场,提出在高速电主轴转子表面开通槽的技术方案。针对脉冲转换要求,进行了相关参数的初步计算。针对开槽带来的过盈量选择问题,采用有限元法计算了不同槽结构和尺寸、不同过盈量下的关键零部件应力;为保证电主轴开槽后高速运行的安全性,自主开发了运行状态监控系统。开发了脉冲转换装置原理样机,完成了其振动测试和射线切割试验。结果表明:当转子外表面开3个均布通槽、槽横截面为矩形且槽宽和槽深均为4 mm、过盈量为25μm时,脉冲转换装置应力水平与开槽前相近;36000 r/min时前、后端轴位移在40μm以下,超速时脉宽达80μs以下、全转速范围内透阻比小于1:5。所开发脉冲转换装置为脉冲辐射场建立提供了新途径。
