中子极化超镜的研究及应用

摘要

The basic principle and characteristic of neutron polarizing super -mirrors have been introduced . And the development and application of neutron polarizing super -mirrors have been explained ,which are inclu-ding following:the development of absorption layers ,the principle and characteristic of remanent polarizing super-mirrors,and their application for the polarizing cavities and benders of the polarizers and analyzers .At the same time,we provided the recent research of neutron polarizing super -mirrors in the international .%简述了中子极化超镜的基本原理和特点，介绍了中子极化超镜的发展与应用。包括吸收层的发展，剩磁极化超镜的原理与特点，以及它们在极化腔、弯曲管等极化装置和分析器上的应用。提及了国际上中子极化超镜最新进展，通过加入N2和O2进行反应溅射的方法来抑制Fe/Si超镜中死层的形成；使用逐层磁性测量的方法深入研究剩磁超镜再磁化机理；引入纳米中间层来提高超镜极化效率和反射率；通过He＋辐照降低膜层残余应力等方法来优化中子极化超镜性能。
