一种基于半导体探测器和NFC的X-γ个人剂量计

     

摘要

介绍了一种采用PIN半导体探测器和近距离无线通信技术(NFC)的X-γ个人剂量计。这两种技术极大地降低了系统功耗,使仪器连续测量时间达到650 h。该仪器采用低功耗单片机MSP430FG4619作为主控单元,具有体积小、灵敏度高、量程宽、线性度好、功耗低、操作便捷等特点,能较好地满足核电站等特殊场合对剂量管理的需求。%The paper introduces a X-γpersonal dosimeter integrated Pin semiconductor detector and near field communication RF technology , which greatly save system power consumption and allow dosimeter working time up to 650 hours.The dosimeter uses ultra -low power MCU MSP430FG4619 as its processor and possesses some features such as portable , high sensitivity, wide measure range, fine linearity, convenient to use and etc . It serves some special situation's demand on dosage management , such as nuclear power station and etc .
