不同管电压下X射线辐照对变压器油性能影响的研究

         

摘要

X-ray digital imaging technology is used to detect some oil filled electric power equipment.But this technology may change the oil insulation performance in these equipment.A research of using given tube voltage X-ray to irradiate the transformer oil has been conducted in this paper.The content of the study is to irradiate the applied voltage and no voltage transformer oil respectively for given energy and given time by portable high frequency X-ray generator.Experimental results found that X-ray does not have a significant impact to oil chromatogram under the commonly used several kinds of tube voltages, but it has a great influence on oil charged tendentiousness when the tube voltages is higher than the commonly used several kinds.The findings will provide technical support for X-ray digital imaging detection technology in forming standards in the future and have a significant meaning to stable operation in power grid.%针对利用X射线数字成像技术对电力设备变压器进行透照检测时可能造成变压器中绝缘油绝缘性能变化的问题,提出了利用X射线对变压器油进行辐照的研究。该研究利用不同管电压下的便携式高频X射线机分别对带电压和不带电压的变压器油进行定时间的照射,实验结果表明在经常使用的几种管电压下X射线机对绝缘油的照射不会对绝缘油的油色谱产生显著影响,但是在经常使用时的较高管电压下X射线的照射会对绝缘油带电倾向性产生较大影响。该研究发现将会对今后X射线数字成像透视检测技术形成标准规范提供技术支持,对保证电网稳定运行也具有重要意义。
