DDS 相位舍位与幅度量化误差的关系

摘要

In the analysis method of signal and system , the spectrum distribution of DDS is derived from Fourier transform under condition of phase truncation .The stray distribution of amplitude quantization noise is derived in the same method .The stray distribution of DDS output is given as new amplitude quantization noise when the above two errors exist simultaneously .%采用严格的信号与系统的分析方法，运用傅里叶变换推导了相位舍位条件下DDS的频谱分布规律；运用同样的方法推导了幅度量化误差条件下的DDS输出端杂散分布规律。综合说明两种误差同时存在时，DDS输出端的杂散分布情况。
