500kV油绝缘Marx发生器的耐压优化设计

         

摘要

In order to insure the safe operation of a 500 kV Marx generator in a grounded metallic tank of limited volume filled with transformer oil , 3-D electric field in the tank is calculated using Ansys software .The result shows that the highest electric field always appears at the sharp corner of the metallic shell of the last stage gap switch and is close to the breakdown field of the transformer oil .After rounding the sharp corner by mounting a metallic hemisphere on the gap switch shell , the highest electric field is much reduced to a value that is lower than the breakdown field of the transformer oil .%为保证封闭在有限容器内的500 kV油绝缘Marx发生器的可靠运行,用Ansys有限元计算软件计算了容器内3维电场分布。结果表明:最大电场出现在末级开关金属外壳的尖角处,其值接近绝缘介质的耐受场强,不利于系统的可靠运行。开关外壳安装均压环后,该处场强大大下降并远小于绝缘介质的击穿场强。
