利用252C f源中子活化分析人体血液中 Na 元素浓度

         

摘要

This article introduces the method of using a 252 Cf neutron source to activate and analyze the concen-tration of Na in human blood samples.The blood samples are first put into irradiation tubes made by ourselves and then Na is turned into radioactive 24 Na after being activated by the 252 Cf neutron source.The specific activi-ty of the 24 Na is measured byγspectrometer and the concentration of Na in human blood samples is obtained. All the 6 samples measured, the mean value of the results only has a slight deviation of 2.9%from reported re-cords of 1.81 mg/mL.The? detection limit of the method is 0.216mg/mL and the uncertainty of the measure-ment is 0.321~0.403 mg/mL.%介绍了利用252 Cf源中子活化分析人体血液样品中Na元素浓度的分析方法。该方法将人体血液样品放入自制的照射桶中,Na元素经252 Cf源中子活化后产生放射性的24 Na,用γ谱议测量24 Na的比活度,求得人体血液样品中Na元素浓度。对6个样品的Na元素浓度进行测量,其均值较报道的均值1.81 mg/mL的偏差仅为2.9%。该方法的探测下限为0.216mg/mL,测量结果的不确定度为0.321~0.403 mg/mL。
