国产超低本底液闪谱仪主要性能评价

摘要

3H and 14C unquenched standard source were used to calibrate the background, repeatability, stability and efficiency performance parameters of ultra low background liquid scintillation spectrometers.According to the duplicate data of standard 3H and 14C samples at 1 min, the consistency of the data statistically by the IBM SPSS Statistic 22.0 software was analyzed.Our results revealed thatmain performance parameters of ultra low background liquid scintillation spectrometer produced in China can surpass national standard and meet the requirement.%利用3H和14C非淬灭标准源,对国产超低本底液闪谱仪的本底计数率、重复性、稳定性和探测效率等主要性能测定.采用IBM SPSS Statistic 22.0统计软件,对两台液闪谱仪测得的3H和14C标准品1 min时相数据及两仪器的数据一致性进行了统计规律的检验.实验结果表明:受检液闪谱仪的主要性能指标优于国家标准规定指标,满足使用要求.
