The multi-channel analyzer (MCA) adopted an ARM Cortex-M0+ based LPC11U68 microcontroller as the controlling core was developed.Based on multi-feedback mechanism, the two-order filter was designed as the pulse shaping circuit of the MCA.The pulse peak-holding circuit and USB2.0 port were designed as well.In the develop process of intelligent hardware and software, the TFT Touch-Screen was used and the μC/OS-II and μC/GUI were transplanted successfully into LPC11U68.The performance test results showed that the energy resolution of the MCA configured with GM26 Au-Si surface barrier detector was 2.6%.The linear correlation coefficient between channel and pulse amplitude was 0.997.The repeatability and stability were good, and the peak-shifting was less than 0.4%.%以ARM Cortex-M0+处理器LPC11U68为核心,研制了一款多道脉冲幅度分析器.该多道脉冲幅度分析器采用多重反馈型2阶积分滤波成形电路,对峰值保持电路进行改进,引入智能化硬件--TFT触摸屏,利用USB2.0接口实现与PC端的通信,移植整合了μC/OS-II和μC/GUI.性能测试表明:该仪器配置GM26金硅面垒探测器,其能量分辨率为2.6%;道址-脉冲幅度线性相关系数为0.997;重复性、稳定性良好,峰漂小于0.4%.
