热释光剂量计测量结果影响因素研究

摘要

In order to improve the precision and accuracy of thermo-luminescence dosimeters′ measurement in the 2016′s domestic comparison, a comparatively consummate experimental program was made, in which the conditions while radiating, reading and annealing were strictly controlled.The results show that the repeatability of TLD is maintained within 1%, and the difference among repeated measurements of the calibration factor is also maintained within 1%.Meanwhile, some research was done about the dose response and the stability of TLD.%为进一步提高2016年国内比对中热释光剂量计测量的精密性和准确度,实验通过制定较为完善的实验方案,严格控制热释光剂量计的辐照、测读及退火条件,将热释光剂量计的重复性保持在1%以内;其刻度因子多次测量结果的误差也在1%以内;同时对其剂量响应和稳定性做了一定的研究.
