目的 建立参芪升阳补血胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法.方法 以黄芪甲苷为测定指标,用HPLC-ELSD法测定,色谱条件为:色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-水(38∶62),流速为0.8 mL·min-1;ELSD漂移管温度设置100 ℃,压缩空气流速2.5 mL·min-1.结果黄芪甲苷对照品线性范围为0.458～13.74 μg,回归方程为Y=1.376 1X+5.961 7,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为98.2%,RSD为3.1%.结论 该方法简便、灵敏,结果准确,可作为参芪升阳补血胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法.%Objective To establish a determination method for astragaloside Ⅳ in Shenqishengyangbuxue Capsules by HPLC-ELSD. Methods HPLC-KLSD was used in the quantitative analysis by using Kromasil C18 chromatography column (250 mmX4. 6 mm,5 μm) and acetonitrile-water. (38 : 62) as a mobile phase. The average recovery was 98. 2%, with 3. 1%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and can be used as the quantity control method of Shenqishengyangbuxue Capsules.
