2007～2009年住院患者中药注射剂使用现状分析

摘要

目的 了解中药注射剂的使用情况和用药趋势.方法 采用销售金额排序及用药频度DDDs分析方法,对2007～2009年中药注射剂使用情况进行统计分析.结果 中药注射剂销售金额占住院患者药品总销售金额的比例基本保持平稳,用于活血化瘀治疗心脑血管疾病的中药注射剂居临床使用之首.结论 中药注射剂临床应用较广泛,应重视其安全性、有效性,合理选择使用.%Objective To study the current application situation and future trend of Chinese herb injection in our hospital. Method The Chinese herb injections used in the hospital from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed retrospectively in respect of consumption sum and DDDs. Result The proportion of the Chinese herb injection in the total medicines remained stable. The injections that activated blood and dissipated stasis, which were used in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, took the lead in clinical use. Conclusion The Chinese herb injection are still used generally in clinic, and great attention should be paid to the safety, effectives, rational choice and usage.
