吸入制剂中影响肺部沉积性能的因素

摘要

Objective To review the factors of influencing the lung deposition property in inhaled preparations. Method The related domestic and foreign literatures and materials were retrieved. Furthermore, the literatures were analyzed and summarized. Result Changing the properties of the inhaled drug particles (particle size,size distribution,and dispersed states of drugs) ,adding carriers and using different drug delivery devices arc main factors to influence the lung deposition of drugs. Conclusion The lung deposition property of drugs is a key factor to affect drug therapeutic effect.%目的 综述吸入制剂中影响肺部沉积性能的因素.方法 查阅国内外相关文献资料,进行分析和总结.结果 改变吸入药物粒子的性质(粒径、粒径分布、药物分散状态),加入载体颗粒以及使用不同给药装置对药物颗粒在肺部的沉积情况影响较为显著.结论 药物颗粒在肺部的沉积性能是影响药物疗效的关键因素.
