狭叶薰衣草花与齿叶薰衣草花的比较研究

摘要

目的 建立狭叶薰衣草花与齿叶薰衣草花的鉴别方法.方法 采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别及有效成分含量测定等方法.结果 2种薰衣草可从花萼的差异、花序梗和苞片的有无来鉴别;从粉末的颜色和石细胞、草酸钙方晶及种皮细胞的有无来鉴别;含量测定可从挥发油的含量及芳樟醇的有无来鉴别.结论 研究结果可作为狭叶薰衣草花与齿叶薰衣草花的鉴别依据.%Objective To establish an identification method on the flowers of Lavandula angustifolia Mill.and Lavandula dentata L..Methods The samples were identified by macroscopic,microscopic,physical and chemical identification.Results The 2 spices of lavenders could be compared by the differences in calyx, peduncle and bracts.The powders could be distinguished from the color of the powder,calcium oxalate stone cells prisms of calcium oxalate and the kind of testa cells.The contents of volatile oil and linalool could be used to distinguish the 2 spices.Conclusion The identification characteristics revealed in this study can be served as evidence for identifying the flowers of Lavandula angustifolia Mill.and Lavandula dentata L..
