大型汽轮发电机组顶轴油系统调试故障原因分析

摘要

顶轴油系统是汽轮机润滑油系统中重要的子系统，在汽轮机启停过程中起着重要作用。随着汽轮机组容量不断增大，轴系重量也随之增加，顶轴油系统的调试过程也越来越复杂。就国内某新建350 MW直接空冷机组顶轴油系统调试中遇到的问题进行详细分析，为今后同类型机组顶轴油系统的检修及调试提供参考。%Jacking oil system is an important subsystem in steam turbine lubricating oil system which plays an important role in the process of steam turbine starts and stops. With the increasing of steam turbine unit capacity, jacking oil system debugging process be⁃comes complicated. In this paper, the problems of the detailed elaboration in jacking oil system debugging in a new 350 MW supercriti⁃cal direct⁃air cooling unit are described which provides a reference for the maintenance and debugging of jacking oil system of the same type units.
