2400 mm精轧机精轧前、后滑理论模型的建立

摘要

针对2400mm精轧机前后滑速度为研究对象,通过流量不变原则及影响料在轧制过程中中性角的模型、摩擦系数的模型、轧件的平面变形抗力的变化准确推算出前后滑的数学理论模型.%In allusion to the frontward and backward slip speed of 2400mm finishing mill. Mathematic theory model of frontward and backward slip could be imputed exactly according to flow invariant principle as well as the variety of model of neutral angle,model of friction coefficient, plane deforming force of workpiece during rolling.
