工频有芯感应电炉安全使用技术实践

MoIten metaI Ieak,channeI break and water jacket Ieak are the three major criticaI faiIures when using Iine-frequency cored induction furnace.The paper summarized fundamentaI approaches to coping with the three faiIures via anaIysis and practices,and it pointed out that the approaches have been proven to be simpIe and practicaI.%针对工频有芯感应电炉在使用过程中，最常见的熔炉漏炉、断沟、水套漏水三大致命故障，进行了分析研究，并从长期的实践中，摸索总结出了解决三大故障的基本方法，该方法简单实用，具有良好的使用价值。
