带材冷轧机厚度自动控制（AGC）方式及恒体积流控制系统

The paper discussed several control modes and the corresponding characteristics of AGC system of cold strip mil;it presented the composition of the control system and the mathematical model of the constant volume flow;it demonstrated the hardware component of control system of the constant volume flow based on IPC and PLC,respectively;it described the signal acquisition and working principle of constant volume flow in the gauge control system.%文章论述了带材冷轧机厚度自动控制系统AGC（automatic gap control）的几种控制方式和特点，着重论述了恒体积流的控制系统组成和数学模型，阐述了以工控机和PLC为核心的两种恒体积流控制系统的硬件组成，主要强调了恒体积流在厚度控制系统中的信号采集以及工作原理。
