高强度、高耐蚀拉制C60800铝青铜管材研制

摘要

The paper presented and analyzed the phases at high and room temperatures,microstructures,the relationship between mechancial properties and annealing temperature,cold hardening curve of C60800 aluminum bronze al oy;it put forward the development of C60800 can be defined via combining forced lubrication floating plug with direct-fired self-protective continuous heat treatment without oxidizing,thereby implementing low energy consumption and zero discharge of waste acid water during the production.%重点研究分析了C60800铝青铜合金高温及室温相、组织、力学性能与退火温度的关系曲线和冷加工硬化曲线，提出采用自主设计的新型强制润滑、轴向自动调节游动芯头技术和应用直燃、自保护连续无氧化热处理技术，研制拉制C60800铝青铜管材，实现生产研制过程低能耗、废酸水零排放的目标。
