WinCC flexible组态软件在矫直机PLC控制系统中的应用

摘要

针对高精度10辊矫直机状态监控的功能需求，其控制系统的设计采用西门子人机界面MP277作为监控设备，系统软件选用WinCC flexible可视化组态软件，文中介绍了西门子WinCC flexible组态软件的特点及画面编辑、口令保护、配方设计等功能。通过对WinCC flexible的功能开发，使系统的运行稳定、可靠、直观，为操作人员提供了极大的方便。%In light of functional requirements of condition monitoring for 10 rol precision leveler,and Siemens HMI MP277 as the monitoring equipment in the control system,WinCC flexible was being applied to the system.The paper presented the characteristics and such functions as picture edition,password protection,and recipe settings of WinCC flexible;it pointed out that the operating efficiency can be improved a lot with the stable,reliable and visible system based on developing Wincc flexible.
