特种汽车用高性能5083铝合金热轧板材工艺研究

摘要

The paper outlined the steps in process testing on 6,7,8mm thick 5083-O al oy sheet;it studied the production process to meet the requirements of high performance aluminum al oy sheet for special automotive based on chemical composition,annealing process and microstructure;it provided the solution to bending and cracking in case of bending radius at zero.%简要阐述了6、7、8mm厚5083-O合金板材工艺试验过程。从化学成分、退火工艺及材料显微组织等方向研究了满足特种汽车用高性能铝合金板材要求的生产工艺。解决了5083合金弯曲半径为0时，折弯开裂的问题。
