Combining with the design and actual production, the paper comprehensively analyzed the application of safety circuit of the hydraulic system in nonferrous metals processing equipments; regarding some unsafe factors, the paper put forward corresponding safety circuits and prevention measures to ensure safe and reliable operation of the hydraulic system.%文章结合有色金属加工设备中液压系统的设计和生产实践，对液压系统安全回路在有色金属加工设备中的应用进行了全面总结，为液压系统运行中的一些不安全因素提供了相应的安全回路和防止措施，以确保液压系统安全运行。
