文章介绍了一种新型镁合金注射成型机。采用镁合金固体棒料作为原料，在自身熔料筒内实现镁合金棒料的软化、熔化，最终控制其转变为半固态浆料；半固态镁合金浆料通过输送通道进入注射筒，开闭阀门装置可实现通道的打开与关闭；半固态浆料足量后，由注射装置高速注射入模具内，生成产品。该镁合金注射成型机，能源消耗低，节约成本，更加环保。%The paper presented a new magnesium al oy injection molding machine.Magnesium al oy rod as the raw material was softened and melted inside the melting chamber and transformed into semisolid metal;the semisolid metal was fed into injection barrel through the transport channel which was accessible with on/off valve;the semisolid metal could be rapidly injected into the mold to generate products when getting sufficient quantities.The magnesium al oy injection molding machine has the advantages of lower costs and energy consumption as wel as more environmental y friendly.
