长征五号火箭燃料箱铝合金打造

中国最大推力新一代运载火箭长征五号的芯级直径5m,外围的4个助推器直径3.35m,身高约57m,芯级火箭推进剂为-253℃的液氢与-183℃的液氧,助推器推进剂为液氧与煤油,其巨大的贮箱是用铝合金板焊的,是用铝最多的部件,用的是哪种铝合金,未见媒体报道,但笔者认为应该是用2219型合金焊的,连接环也应用此类合金环锻的.文章对2219型合金作了较详细的介绍.%As the new generation carrier rocket with largest thrust made in China, the diameter of core stage for Long March-5 rocket is 5 m.The diameter of four peripheral boosters is 3.35m and the height of which is about 57 m.And-253℃ liquid hydrogen mixed with-183℃ liquid oxygen are used as the propellant of rocket, while liquid oxygen and kerosene are used as propellant of booster.The huge fuel tank is welded by aluminum alloy plates, however, there is no media coverage on the exact type of aluminum alloy.The author believed that it should be aluminum alloy 2219, which is supposed to be used for forging the connecting ring.And this paper presents the details of aluminum alloy 2219.
