5182-H111铝合金板材弯曲性能和拉伸性能的关系

         

摘要

Based on a great number test on tensile properties( tensile strength,yield strength,elongation )and bending properties of 5182 -H111 plates,and macroscopically analysis on the causes for bending cracks,the results show that the bending properties of 5182 -H111 plate can be quantified by the plate elongation A,which has the relationship between the bending radius r,plate thickness t,and elongation A in plate bending process A=(t/2)/(t/2 +r).Therefore,the bending performance of the plate will be better with the higher elongation.The statistical results show that( A -AO )/AO can be proposed as a critical bending crack parameter,when the ( A-AO )/AO value is positive,no bending crack is found on the plates,so the tests of bending property could be cancelled under the stable production conditions.%通过大量检测5182-H111板材的拉伸性能(强拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率)和弯曲性能,并对板材弯曲裂纹产生的原因进行了宏观分析.结果表明,通过板材弯曲过程中的弯曲半径r、板材厚度t、伸长率A之间的关系式A=(t/2)/(t/2+r),板材伸长率A可以定量化表征5182-H111板材的弯曲性能,板材伸长率越高,弯曲性能越好.统计结果表明,可采用(A-AO)/AO作为板材产生弯曲裂纹的临界弯曲裂纹参数,当(A-AO)/AO值为正值,板材表面无裂纹,因此在稳定化生产条件下可以不检测弯曲性能.
